Texts, calls, emails and AI: what you use

With We run it for you, the $1,600 a year covers CampOffice and our service. Texts, calls, emails and AI help are paid as you use them, at these prices, from prepaid credit.

You start with $25 of credit. When it falls to $10, we add $25 from your card, so nothing stops in the middle of the summer. You can change or turn off this setting, and every charge is listed in your office.

Card payments from parents go to your own Banquest or Sola account at the rate you agree with them.

With Own it, we can provide all of this at the same prices. Or we set it up on accounts in your camp's name. Either way, we set it up, backups included.

Questions about price

Which option is right for us?

If someone at your camp can manage its own accounts, Own it costs less over time. If you prefer not to manage phone numbers, texting, card payments or updates, We run it for you handles all of it.

Can you build features just for our camp?

Yes. With Own it, tell us the features you want and we build them in as part of the price. For a much larger project, we can still build it, at a price we agree on before we start.

What does "yours to keep" mean?

With Own it, your camp gets its own copy of CampOffice and can use it for as long as it wants. You may not copy it for anyone else or resell it.

Can our own developer work on it?

Yes, once they sign a confidentiality agreement (an NDA) with us.

With Own it, is there a yearly or monthly fee?

Not from us. We set everything up, backups included, and every account is in your camp's name. If we provide texts, calls, emails and AI help, you pay for what you use at the same prices as We run it for you.

What does We run it for you include?

Everything in CampOffice, plus your camp phone number and hotline, texts, emails, phone calls to families and card payments, all set up and managed by us. We set up each new summer with you, keep CampOffice up to date and backed up, and you have a real person to call for support.

With We run it for you, is the yearly price credit for texts and calls?

No. The $1,600 a year is for CampOffice and our service. Texts, calls, emails and AI help are paid from prepaid credit, starting with $25, at the prices above.
